I picked up the whole serpent sword discography and while there are quite a few amazing albums, the two by Elder Goblin are my fav. EG is the master of tone riding somewhere between crisp digital and blown out lo-fi. Genuinely impressive work. Can’t wait for new releases

A true Tolkien infused black metal. Fast, melodic, raw. Strong riffs, great vocals. Track 3 reminds me a bit of Fenriz' Isengard project. Amazing release from beginning to end.
